Shipping & Delivery Policy

CalBox is online software (Software as a Service) provided by Aravir Technologies Private Limited. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and there is nothing to deliver to a postal address.

1. How the Service Is Delivered

• Account: your CalBox account is ready as soon as you register and verify your email at calbox.in/register. You can sign in straight away.
• Prepaid top-ups: after a successful payment, the amount is added to your CalBox balance automatically, usually within a few minutes. You can see it under Billing in your admin panel.
• Mobile app: your callers download the CalBox app from Google Play (and the App Store, where available) and sign in with the account details their admin creates.

2. If a Top-Up Does Not Appear

If money has left your bank but your balance has not gone up within 24 hours, email hello@calbox.in with your registered company name and the payment reference. We will either add the amount to your balance or refund it to the original payment method, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Service Area

CalBox is offered to businesses in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
