Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete a CalBox account and the data that goes with it. It applies to the CalBox website and the CalBox mobile app.

1. If You Use the CalBox App at Work (Caller or Manager)

Your sign-in is created by your company's CalBox admin. To delete it:

• Ask your company admin to delete you under Users in the CalBox admin panel. This stops your sign-in, signs the app out of your phone, stops notifications and erases your face attendance data straight away.
• Or email us at hello@calbox.in from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your company name. We tell your company and erase your name, mobile number, email address and profile photo within 30 days.

2. If You Own a Company Account (Admin)

• Email hello@calbox.in from your admin email address with the subject "Close my company account".
• If you ask, we first send you an export of your data.
• We then permanently delete the company account, all its users, campaigns, leads, contact lists, call records, call recordings and face data within 30 days.
• Any unused prepaid balance can be refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. What We Keep, and for How Long

• Billing records (payments, invoices and the balance ledger) are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
• Calls you made for your company (call time, outcome and notes) belong to your company. When only your user is deleted, the company keeps these as its business records until the company account itself is closed.
• Backups: deleted data disappears from our rolling backups within 30 days.

More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
